Unlike the normal Jacuzzi SPA, this SPA has special devices fitted that cure various ailments from Diabetes and Hypertension among others.
The health spa shares a building with the Lord J Medical Centre which is located at South Odorkor, Accra. The centre is directly opposite the residence of Dr. Busia, Former Prime Minister of Ghana.

He indicated that the health spa would operate a 24-hour service, saying "come and we shall pamper you." Food will be prepared free of charge to people who patronize the spa in the night, while breakfast and fresh juices will be served to those who use the facility in the morning.

There is another wonderful machine at the health spa which gives facial treatment to people. It makes people look young, Rev Dr. Kudolo stated. He encouraged Ghanaians that "The whole world is going for spa and we in Ghana have to follow suit. The grand health spa is, therefore, good for all".
