A Half collapsed 4 stoney building with Pictures
Thank God Nobody died. this just happened at the back of my Street , in Fegge- Onitsha . Anambra State. How can Government Agencies who are in charge of Buildings, Stay and fond their arms, waving away People complains considering this particular building over a decade????
